Responsibilities:
-Develop, design, and maintain our company’s WordPress website.
-Implement landing pages for specific services (e.g., residential, commercial, maintenance).
-Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO.
-Integrate lead capture forms and ensure proper tracking with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
-Troubleshoot and fix bugs or technical issues.
-Collaborate with our marketing team to improve user experience and lead generation.

Qualifications
-At least 2 years of proven experience designing and developing WordPress websites (portfolio required).
-Strong knowledge of Elementor, Divi, or other page builders.
-Familiar with plugins for SEO, security, caching, and analytics.
-Basic understanding of on-page SEO and website UX.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP (preferred but not required).
-Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.

Hiring Process

Step 1: Initial Interview (Screening Stage)
Qualified applicants will be invited to a short interview via Google Meet or Zoom. This stage focuses on understanding your experience with WordPress, your design approach, and your familiarity with website optimization and SEO. You’ll also get to learn more about ACS Electrical’s goals and expectations for the project.

Step 2: Trial Task (Skills Evaluation)
Shortlisted candidates will be given a paid trial task to assess their technical and creative skills. The task may include designing a mock homepage layout or optimizing an existing page for performance and SEO. This ensures we find someone whose work aligns with our brand standards and technical requirements.

Step 3: Onboarding
Successful candidates will be onboarded into the ACS Electrical team. You’ll be briefed on our existing branding, content strategy, and workflow tools. From there, you’ll collaborate directly with our marketing and operations teams to bring the project to life and continuously improve the website.

Work Setup & Compensation
-Flexible hours (remote)
-Project-based or part-time arrangement.
-Competitive pay based on experience and project scope.

Why Join Us
You’ll be working with a fast-growing electrical company that values innovation, professionalism, and reliability. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact by building a digital presence that attracts real leads and reflects the quality of our services.

How to Apply
Send your portfolio, resume, and a short video message (preferred but not required) explaining why you’re the right fit for the role.
Only applicants with a portfolio and resume will be entertained.

Looking forward to your applications!
