About Scaliency:

Scaliency is a Phoenix, Arizona-based growth marketing agency that builds complete growth systems for service-based businesses -- websites, paid ads (Google & Meta), SEO, content, CRM automation, and AI-powered lead management. Our clients include home service companies, auto repair shops, contractors, coaches, retail shops, and other service businesses across the US. We're growing quickly and are building our core team to support that growth.

Job Description:

You will be Scaliency's primary website builder and designer. You'll redesign outdated client websites into modern, conversion-focused sites (about 60% of projects), build brand-new WordPress websites from scratch (about 40%), create landing pages for ad campaigns, and maintain all client websites. Everything you build is what clients and prospects see first -- so it needs to be polished, mobile-responsive, and built to convert visitors into leads.

Responsibilities:

- Build and redesign WordPress websites using Elementor Pro -- from template selection to final QA and launch.

- Generate page content using our AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT), then edit everything for natural readability and brand voice.

- Implement conversion elements across all sites -- forms, pop-ups, CTAs, click-to-call, chat widgets, booking calendars.

- Build dedicated landing pages for PPC campaigns.

- Create reusable Elementor page templates for our SEO Specialist to publish ongoing content.

- Configure on-page SEO technicals on builds (RankMath, heading hierarchy, alt text, clean URLs).

- Maintain all client WordPress sites -- plugin updates, speed optimization, security, content updates.

- Embed external forms and widgets (GoHighLevel, Gravity Forms, other CRM forms, review widgets, calendars).

- Coordinate with our SEO Specialist and Tracking Specialist to ensure sites support the full marketing system.

Requirements:

- 3+ years WordPress development with Elementor / Elementor Pro.

- Strong visual design sense -- your sites look custom and polished.

- Experience redesigning existing websites (template swaps, rebrands, page restructuring).

- Experience building WordPress websites from scratch.

- High-conversion page design understanding (CTA placement, mobile-first layout, user flow).

- Mobile-responsive design across all devices.

- Excellent written & spoken English

- Page speed optimization (image compression, lazy loading, efficient Elementor usage).

- On-page SEO Experience (RankMath or Yoast, heading structure, meta tags, alt text).

Nice to have: WooCommerce experience, CSS/HTML for custom tweaks, Envato Elements familiarity, SiteGround hosting knowledge, CRO understanding.

What Working With Us Looks Like:

- Fully remote -- work from anywhere.

- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.

- Minimum 4 hours overlap with 9am-5pm MST (Arizona time).
