JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Elevare Digital — a growing digital marketing agency focused on building high-converting websites for home service businesses (HVAC, concrete, roofing, etc.).

We’re looking for a WordPress Web Designer with Elementor experience to work with us on a per-project (per website) basis.

This is NOT a full-time role (yet) — but there is strong opportunity for consistent work and long-term growth as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing: Build WordPress websites using Elementor (Astra preferred)
Create clean, modern, conversion-focused layouts
Follow a proven structure (we will provide guidance/templates)
Optimize for mobile responsiveness
Implement basic on-page SEO structure (headings, layout, etc.)
Connect forms, buttons, and basic integrations
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience building websites for contractors or local service businesses
Strong eye for clean, modern design (not outdated layouts)
Understands conversion-focused design (CTA placement, sections, flow)
Comfortable working with Elementor + WordPress
Can follow direction but also make smart design decisions
Pay Structure:
Per website / per landing page (project-based)
Opportunity for ongoing work as we grow
Potential to move into a consistent or full-time role
