JOB OVERVIEW

We are a NYC real estate team currently rebuilding our website in WordPress (hosted on SiteGround). The live domain is still on GoDaddy Website Builder.

We need an experienced WordPress developer to: (TRAIN ME LIVE while working)

• Set up a proper staging environment on SiteGround
• Build the new WordPress site on staging (NOT live domain)
• Ensure email (Google Workspace) DNS remains intact
• Create a clean migration plan from GoDaddy ? WordPress
• Execute final DNS switch with minimal downtime
• Optimize for speed, SEO, and security best practices

Must have experience with:
• SiteGround hosting
• DNS management
• WordPress optimization
• Clean plugin architecture
• Migration without breaking email

We are NOT looking for a template installer.
We need someone who understands deployment and infrastructure.
