JOB OVERVIEW

We manage a portfolio of clients with WordPress websites. This role is for a team player who understands the importance of consistent updates, patches, and performance improvements every month. They also have experience fixing problems with WordPress, PHP, cPanel, plugins and more.

The WordPress Maintenance and Support role requires resolving tickets. Troubleshooting solutions with little team intervention is to be expected. The right tea ---------- mber is proactive in finding their own solutions and self sufficient at consistently solving challenging problems alone. Researching and fixing is how they function.

This support role works closely with our Creative Director to build new websites as well.
