JOB OVERVIEW

What you'll do

Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully responsive WordPress websites
Build pages and templates in Elementor Pro (including the new Elementor editor with atomic widgets) and Divi 5
Set up custom fields, flexible content and dynamic templates with ACF Pro
Write clean, custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript where page builders fall short
Optimize images and assets for speed and Core Web Vitals
Test across browsers and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and fix layout issues
Work with our project managers and designers to deliver on deadlines

Must-have skills

3+ years of hands-on WordPress development
Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Bootstrap
Expert-level Elementor Pro — you have built full sites with it, not just edited pages
Solid experience with Divi 5 (or Divi 4 with willingness to move to Divi 5 immediately)
Working knowledge of ACF Pro (custom fields, repeaters, flexible content, options pages)
Proven ability to take a Figma design and build it in WordPress faithfully — spacing, typography, breakpoints
Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first layouts
Image optimization (compression, correct sizing, WebP, lazy loading)
Attention to detail — you notice when something is 2px off

Nice to have

Custom PHP / WordPress theme and child-theme development
WooCommerce
Page speed optimization (caching, minification, GTmetrix / PageSpeed Insights)
Basic on-page SEO best practices
Experience working with agencies or multiple clients at once
