WordPress & E-commerce Manager / Graphic Designer Wanted

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and professional WordPress & E-commerce Manager who also has strong graphic design skills.

Our company sells online through platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, eBay, and our own WordPress/WooCommerce store. We are growing and want someone who can take responsibility for our website, improve the store, and help us generate more orders.

This is not only a graphic design position. We need someone who understands e-commerce, WordPress, WooCommerce, store management, and online marketing.

What You’ll Do

* Manage and maintain our WordPress / WooCommerce store
* Upload and update products, prices, descriptions, images, and promotions
* Improve product pages and the overall customer experience
* Make basic website design and layout changes when necessary
* Fix basic WordPress problems and make sure the website works properly
* Look for ways to increase conversions and generate more orders
* Check website performance and identify areas that can be improved
* Monitor and verify Google Ads, tracking, conversions, and related website integrations
* Create professional graphics for products, promotions, advertisements, and social media
* Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada, eBay, and other platforms
* Follow our branding while bringing new ideas to the business
* Work independently, stay organized, and respect deadlines

What We Need

You should be professional and confident with WordPress and WooCommerce.

You should also have:

* Strong Photoshop skills
* Good graphic design skills
* Experience managing an e-commerce website
* Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
* Basic knowledge of Google Ads and conversion tracking
* Good understanding of online stores and how to improve sales
* A good eye for layout, colors, details, and visual impact
* Ability to work independently and solve problems
* Strong attention to detail
* A serious and responsible attitude
* Willingness to learn, improve, and grow with the company

We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply wait for instructions. We want someone who can notice problems, suggest improvements, and help us grow the store.
