Position Overview
We're seeking a remote WordPress Developer & Website Builder who understands that websites aren't just digital brochures - they're engineered sales tools designed to get "YES." You'll be building conversion-focused websites that serve as the cornerstone of our clients' sales processes, creating first impressions that last a lifetime and establishing authority that converts prospects into buyers.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time
Location: Remote (work from anywhere with reliable internet)
Time Zone Requirement: Must be available during EST business hours for client meetings, team collaboration, and project coordination

Core Mission
Build "Websites Engineered For Yes" - sites that don't just look beautiful, but actively move prospects through the sales journey from discovery to appointment booking to conversion. Your work will be the digital foundation that proves our clients are experts in their field and worthy of trust.
Primary Responsibilities

Design and develop WordPress websites that build authority and convert visitors into leads
Create engaging web experiences that connect to automating outreach solutions (GoHighLevel, CRM integrations)
Implement lead capture systems and appointment booking functionality
Optimize for "speed to lead" - ensuring prospects can engage in seconds, not minutes
Build websites that stay top-of-mind through strategic content and engagement features
Develop solutions for various sales niches: in-home sales, trade show sales, hospitality, fundraising, door-to-door, and phone sales

Collaborate with our sales training and process teams to align website strategy with client sales methodology (via video calls and project management tools)
Integrate reputation management tools and social proof elements
Participate in daily/weekly team standups and client calls during EST business hours

Remote Work Requirements
Technical Setup (Required)

Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
Professional home office setup with minimal distractions
Backup internet solution for continuity (mobile hotspot acceptable)
Modern computer capable of running development tools, design software, and video conferencing simultaneously
Webcam and quality headset for client and team video calls
Ability to screen share during troubleshooting and collaboration sessions

Communication & Collaboration (Critical)

Available for video calls during EST business hours for client presentations and tea ---------- etings
Responsive on team communication platforms (Slack, Teams, or similar)
Comfortable working asynchronously but available for real-time collaboration when needed
Strong written communication skills for client updates and documentation
Proactive communicator who provides regular project status updates

Time Management & Accountability

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines without direct supervision
Comfortable using project management tools (Notion)
Track time and provide accurate project estimates
Maintain consistent availability during core business hours (9am-5pm EST)

Deep Dive: Technical Qualifications
WordPress Expertise (Required)

3+ years hands-on WordPress development experience
Mastery of conversion-focused page builders (Elementor, Divi preferred)
Experience building high-converting landing pages and sales funnels
Knowledge of A/B testing implementation for optimization
Understanding of user journey mapping and conversion rate optimization
Custom post types for case studies, testimonials, and service offerings

Front-End Development (Required)

Advanced HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery
Mobile-first, responsive design (critical for field sales teams)
Fast-loading, performance-optimized designs
Experience with trust-building elements: video integration, countdown timers, social proof widgets
Understanding of psychological design principles that drive conversions

CRM & Marketing Automation Integration (Highly Valued)

GoHighLevel integration experience - this is a major plus but not required
Experience with CRM form integrations and lead capture systems
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
API integration experience for connecting websites to sales systems
Experience with calendar booking systems (Calendly, Acuity, or similar)
Chat widget implementation for immediate engagement
SMS marketing integration capabilities

Conversion Optimization & Sales Psychology (Critical)

Understanding of sales funnel architecture
Experience implementing trust signals: testimonials, reviews, case studies, certifications
Knowledge of effective call-to-action placement and messaging
Ability to design "authority-building" content layouts
Understanding of "problem-solving consultation" booking flows
Experience with lead magnet implementation and download funnels

Technical SEO & Performance (Required)

Strong local SEO capabilities for service-based businesses
Schema markup for trust elements (reviews, business info, FAQ)
Core Web Vitals optimization
Understanding of "first impression" speed requirements
Google Business Profile integration
Experience with service area pages and location-based optimization

Analytics & Tracking (Required)

Google Analytics setup and goal tracking
Conversion tracking implementation
Heat mapping and user behavior analysis
Form submission and phone call tracking
Understanding of key metrics: bounce rate, time on site, conversion rate

Security & Reliability (Required)

Website security best practices for protecting client data
Lead capture data protection
GDPR/privacy compliance for forms
Reliable backup systems (client leads are valuable!)
Uptime monitoring and maintenance

Sales Process Understanding

Experience building websites for sales-focused businesses
