JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced part time WordPress Developer for 20 hours a week focused on delivering premium-quality website and digital solutions. This role plays an important part in website migration, development, and optimization projects while collaborating with an established web services team in a structured remote environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in modern front-end development, and comfortable working independently while following established project workflows and timelines. This opportunity is well suited for professionals who enjoy building and maintaining responsive WordPress websites while contributing to high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate existing WordPress websites into a multisite WordPress environment while maintaining content structure, SEO metadata, and user experience consistency
- Build and manage website pages using WordPress Gutenberg editor and predefined design patterns
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end WordPress functionality issues
- Customize and test WordPress themes and plugins to ensure compatibility and performance
- Conduct quality assurance testing prior to website launches to verify design, functionality, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with internal tea ---------- mbers on project execution and development timelines
- Use Git version control and project management workflows to manage development tasks effectively

Compensation:
Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ?32,000 – ?45,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, SQL, Bootstrap, and Git
- Experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites, including troubleshooting themes and plugins
- Experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with WordPress Gutenberg editor and responsive website development
- Ability to conduct QA testing and identify technical issues independently
