ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an established and growing marketing agency helping local service businesses across North America scale with AI-powered CRM, paid ads, and proven web systems. We've taken clients from $295K to $1.5M in under 14 months — and we're growing fast.
We're looking for a skilled WORDPRESS DEVELOPER with ELEMENTOR as your primary skill to join us full-time, long-term.
This is a stable, long-term role with a team that genuinely values your work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build, improve, and maintain landing pages and small websites in WordPress + Elementor
• Create clean, on-brand graphics in Canva (hero images, section accents, banners)
• Build and clone funnels and pages inside GoHighLevel — GHL (forms, triggers, basic automations)
• QA your own work: links, forms, mobile layout, page speed basics
• Document updates with simple notes or short Loom-style recordings
• Collaborate with a small, responsive team with clear direction
MUST-HAVES
• Solid Elementor experience (templates, global styles, responsive controls)
• Clean, organized WordPress habits (plugins, page speed basics, backups)
• Eye for layout, spacing, and typography; comfortable with light Canva edits
• Basic GHL page builder / funnel experience (or eagerness to learn fast)
• Good written English and dependable communication
• Stable internet and reliable computer setup
NICE-TO-HAVE (BONUS SKILLS)
• HTML/CSS tweaks without breaking the builder
• Basic web performance knowledge (image formats, lazy load, Core Web Vitals)
• Simple on-page SEO habits (titles, metas, heading structure)
• Experience with AI tools or prompt-based design helpers
WORK DETAILS
• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Flexible schedule; we prefer at least 2–3 hours overlap with US Mountain Time (MST)
• Remote / Work from Home
• Long-term position — we invest in people who stick around
• Salary: Php 30,000 – 65,000/month depending on experience

HOW TO APPLY

2. Links to at least 2–3 websites or landing pages you built or edited (include what you changed and the result).
3. Your experience level with GoHighLevel / GHL.
4. Bonus: share an HTML/CSS tweak you've made (before/after or short explanation).
5. Your monthly PHP rate for FULL-TIME (40 hrs) and PART-TIME (20 hrs), earliest start date, working hours in PHT, and your computer specs (CPU/RAM) + internet speed (screenshot link).
6. Your IQ score and DISC results in this format: D:_ / I:_ / S:_ / C:_ + DATE TAKEN. If your DISC is 6+ months old, please retake and include the new date.
