About Goddard Strategies
Goddard Strategies is a digital marketing agency focused on helping service-based businesses grow through SEO, AI-driven systems, and lead generation. We work with clients to build predictable and scalable growth by combining strategy, automation, and performance marketing.

We're adding one senior WordPress developer to our existing build team.
You'll work directly under our operations lead and collaborate closely with another senior developer. This isn't a co-lead role. You own your builds, take direction from leadership, and ship clean work on deadline.

What You'll Do
Build new client websites from brief or Figma mockup to launch using WordPress and Elementor Pro
Develop custom WordPress templates and theme functionality in PHP with ACF Pro
Integrate WordPress with third-party tools: CRMs, booking systems, APIs, and form handlers
Build technical SEO infrastructure into every project: schema, speed optimization, Core Web Vitals
Build custom web systems and internal tools when off-the-shelf solutions don't fit

Bonus Points If You Can
Build custom CRM systems in PHP and MySQL, including user roles, data relationships, dashboards, and admin panels

What We're Looking For
Strong command of WordPress, Elementor Pro, PHP, and ACF Pro
Experience integrating third-party tools and APIs
Solid understanding of technical SEO and performance optimization
Someone who solves problems independently and takes full ownership of their work
Reliable US time zone overlap (EST or PST preferred)
