JOB OVERVIEW

I own Facebook groups with over ---------- members. My goal is to create my own website where I will have full ownership, control, customization to improve the quality and value my communities provide to members, while also allowing me to easily monetize what I've spent years building.

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer based in the Philippines to build Phase 1 of a private community platform based on BuddyBoss (Web-First Engine, built with mobile responsivity to eventually compile via the BuddyBoss App Wrapper).This platform will host a mature dating and relationship advice community. The website must be built under my own cloud hosting account (Cloudways) using optimized premium plugins rather than custom code.Key System Requirements to Configure:Frictionless Social Login: Set up Facebook, Google, and Apple ID sign-ins using Nextend Social Login or native BuddyBoss features. Accounts must auto-login users instantly upon registration (no email activation delays).Profile & Custom Fields: Set up a mandatory binary "Gender" field (Male/Female) during onboarding that assigns specific system user roles.Conditional Forum Permissions (Crucial Logic): Configure a "Women Asking Men" forum section using bbPress/BuddyBoss forums to prevent flame wars:Female Members: Can create new topics/questions. They cannot comment or reply to other people's topics.Male Members: Can view and reply/comment on topics. They cannot create new threads in this section.Thread Owner Exception: The specific female author who created the topic must have comment privileges unlocked only on her own thread to ask follow-up questions or give updates.Monetization Architecture: Hook up Stripe and Paid Memberships Pro to handle user subscription packages (for features like ad removal, custom profile photo borders, and highlighted comments).Future Scalability: Ensure forum upvotes/likes are tracked smoothly via user IDs (using GamiPress or myCred) so we can display reputation scores on member profiles down the line.Legal & Operational Terms:This is a fixed-price Independent Contractor Agreement. You are responsible for your own local taxes, SSS, PhilHealth, and insurance.All code, configurations, database structures, and assets created are strictly a "Work Made for Hire" and belong 100% to the client. An IP Assignment agreement must be acknowledged before final milestone release.All development must take place on a staging environment or a technical contributor seat within my own Cloudways account.
