We are hiring a detail-obsessed, performance-focused video editor for a fast-growing women’s fashion product brand.
Our product empowers confidence in women — so we are looking for someone who understands how women think, shop, and emotionally respond to ads. We are looking for conversion-focused editing.
What You’ll Do:
From each raw UGC file (10–30 minutes), you will produce:
- 10–15 short-form TikTok ads
- 1 organized Master Cutdown file (Verbal + No Audio)
Amount of raw files per month can vary but should be an average of 15.
All ads:
- 9:16 format
- 6–30 seconds
- Fast pacing
- No dead air
Editing is performance-driven. We optimize for:
- Hook rate
- Hold rate
- CTR
- Conversions
Ideal Candidate
We prefer someone who:
- Understands TikTok & Meta style ads
- Has edited for women’s brands before (beauty, fashion, skincare, etc.)
- Thinks like a buyer
- Notices small emotional cues in delivery
- Is organized, consistent, responsible, punctual
- Is comfortable with long-term work
Deadlines
72 hours per raw file
Minor revisions: 24 hours
Major revisions: 48 hours
Speed and responsiveness are extremely important.
Compensation
We are open to:
Per raw file rate or monthly retainer
