? Wix Web Designer & Digital Media Assistant (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Foodees Fest is the largest touring food festival brand in the Southeast United States, and we are looking for a highly skilled Filipino professional to join our team full-time. Strong English communication—both written and spoken—is essential. You must be confident speaking in English during video calls, asking questions when needed, and participating in real-time discussions with our leadership team on ---------- . This is not optional. Daily ---------- communication is a required part of this job.

Your primary responsibility will be the ongoing management and improvement of our Wix website. You must already be experienced with advanced Wix features, including CMS collections, dynamic pages, repeaters, data connections, scalable page structures, and responsive design. The website must remain clean, organized, accurate, mobile-responsive, and capable of supporting a large number of events and content updates. Website tasks always take priority over everything else in this role.

When there are no website updates or corrections needed, you will assist with digital media tasks. These include preparing images for social media, resizing or formatting visual content, organizing Dropbox files, clipping short videos, adding captions, uploading content to YouTube, gathering analytics screenshots, preparing assets for scheduling, and supporting the marketing team with structured, repeatable tasks. You will not be expected to handle strategy or copywriting—only the execution of defined tasks.

To succeed here, you must be organized, fast, reliable, detail-focused, and capable of working independently once trained. We need someone who shows up consistently, communicates proactively, and takes pride in maintaining a professional online presence for our brand. This is a long-term role with a company that is growing rapidly, and we want someone who is committed to growing with us.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, working eight hours per day starting at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York time). This schedule is not flexible. In addition, you must be on ---------- and available for communication every day between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM EST with your camera and microphone ready.

The starting pay for this position is $7 to $10 per hour, depending on your experience and the strength of your portfolio.

TEST QUESTIONS FOR THE APPLICATION

Explain the types of collections you’ve created, how you structured them, and what kinds of dynamic pages you’ve built using those collections.

2. Provide links to at least two Wix websites you personally built.
Please describe your exact role in each project and which parts you created yourself.

3. Show an example of a dynamic page you created in Wix (required).
A direct link is preferred. If you cannot share the link, explain how the dynamic page worked and what collections it connected to.

4. In your own words, explain what a Wix “Repeater” is and when you would use one.
Provide one example of when you used repeaters in a real project.

5. If asked to rebuild a full Wix website in 7–14 days, explain how you would approach the project.
Walk through your process from Day 1 to final delivery.

6. Explain how you make a Wix website fully responsive for mobile.
Describe the steps you take and the common issues you watch out for.

7. If a dynamic page suddenly stops showing data, list the first three things you would check.
We are looking for your troubleshooting process.

8. Describe your experience with basic video editing (simple clips, subtitles, resizing).
Include the software you use and what tasks you’re comfortable doing quickly.

9. What is your internet speed and computer setup?
Include screenshots if possible.

10. Why do you want a long-term position with Foodees Fest?
