We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on wholesaling. Our mission is simple: generate consistent contracts and close profitable transactions through strong communication and smart deal structuring.

We are looking for an experienced and confident Real Estate Lead Manager who can communicate with U.S. real estate agents, build long-term relationships, qualify potential investment opportunities, and help our team secure more properties.

Who you are:
- Fluent, near-native English (clear, neutral/Americanized accent required)
- Confident speaking with U.S. real estate agents
- High energy and positivity
- Comfortable handling objections
- Experienced in U.S. real estate wholesaling
- Able to build rapport quickly over the phone

Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with real estate agents
- Qualify agents
- Qualify properties based on price, condition, timeline, and motivation
- Present and negotiate offers (cash & creative finance)
- Build relationships and identify new deals
- Keep notes and leads updated in the CRM
- Help move qualified deals toward contract

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 month of experience in U.S. Real Estate or Tele Sales
- Confident on calls and texts
- Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Podio, REsimpli, etc.)
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Available during U.S. Eastern business hours
- Excellent, near-native English communication skills
