JOB OVERVIEW

We're an established Amazon FBA business (UK marketplace) looking for an experienced wholesale sourcer to join long-term. This is NOT an entry-level role — please only apply if you meet the requirements below.

What You'll Do:
- Research and identify potential wholesale suppliers/brand distributors suitable for Amazon resale
- Conduct outreach to suppliers via email/phone to open wholesale accounts
- Negotiate pricing tiers, MOQs, and payment terms
- Request and organize trade invoices/authorization letters needed for Amazon brand approval
- Cross-check supplier price lists against Amazon sell price, competition, and margin to identify profitable products
- Track all supplier contacts and account statuses in our tracking sheet
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships and repeat ordering once accounts are active

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' hands-on wholesale sourcing experience for Amazon (UK or US marketplace)
- Strong professional written English — this role is largely email-based outreach and negotiation
- Comfortable with cold outreach and following up persistently without hand-holding
- Basic understanding of Amazon gating/ungating requirements
- Reliable internet connection, available 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

Pay: $3/hour, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week — paid weekly via Wise
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
