BrandFi is a full service digital agency supporting brands across fashion, apparel, lifestyle, and e-commerce. We are looking for a Wholesale Platform Specialist who can manage and optimize global wholesale management systems for our clients in the fashion and retail industry.
Role Overview
We are seeking a specialist who understands how to operate digital wholesale platforms such as Joor or NuORDER. The role includes managing digital showrooms, organizing product data, preparing line sheets, supporting retailer orders, and streamlining the wholesale sales process for fashion and apparel brands. The ideal candidate understands how global wholesale works and can manage all platform tasks with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage digital showrooms for fashion and apparel brands
• Upload and organize product data including images, pricing, descriptions, and season details
• Build line sheets and collection presentations for buyers
• Support wholesale order management and ensure accurate entry into the platform
• Communicate with retailers and internal teams to ensure smooth buying cycles
• Track orders, inventory changes, and retailer activity
• Maintain accurate seasonal updates for each collection
• Collaborate with brand teams to gather product information and prepare wholesale assets
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure clean workflow operation
• Provide reporting for sales, orders, and retailer engagement
• Ensure wholesale processes remain organized, detailed, and on schedule
Required Experience
• Experience using Joor, NuORDER, or a similar global wholesale management platform
• Strong understanding of fashion wholesale cycles, market weeks, and seasonal drops
• Ability to manage product data, collections, pricing, and order flow
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence preparing line sheets, digital showrooms, and wholesale presentations
• Strong communication and ability to manage retailer interactions
• Experience in fashion, apparel, accessories, or retail is required
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple collections or brands at once
• Strong English writing and communication skills
