JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and reliable outreach specialist to contact retail stores across the United States and introduce our wholesale products.

Our company Elumina Decor creates unique LED infinity mirror holiday decorations that are popular in gift shops, seasonal stores, boutique retailers, and home décor stores.

Your role will be to contact retail stores from a lead list, introduce our products, send our wholesale catalog by email, follow up with interested stores, and record potential orders.

This role combines cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up communication.

The goal is to identify stores interested in carrying our products and help move them toward placing wholesale orders.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Phone Outreach

• Call retail stores from a provided lead list
• Ask for the person responsible for purchasing or buying decisions
• Introduce our wholesale product line
• Ask permission to send our wholesale catalog and pricing sheet

Email Outreach

• Send wholesale catalogs and pricing sheets to interested stores
• Respond to basic questions from retailers
• Follow up with stores that received our catalog

Follow Up

• Call or email stores that expressed interest
• Answer basic questions about pricing or ordering
• Remind stores about seasonal products (Halloween / Christmas)

Order Coordination

• Record potential wholesale orders from stores
• Collect order information if a store wants to purchase
• Send order details to our management team for processing

CRM / Tracking

• Record call results in a spreadsheet or CRM
• Track store contact information and responses
• Maintain organized records of interested stores

Typical weekly activity may include:

• 60–100 calls per day
• Sending catalogs by email
• Following up with interested stores
• Updating store records in a spreadsheet

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks excellent English
• Is comfortable speaking with U.S. businesses by phone
• Has experience with cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach
• Is organized and detail oriented
• Is professional and polite when speaking with store owners
• Can manage follow-up communication through email and phone

Experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, or B2B calling is strongly preferred.

Equipment Requirements

You must have:

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet workspace for calls
• Good headset or microphone
• Ability to use calling software such as Skype, Google Voice, or VoIP tools
