JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the novelty gift niche with over 614,000 followers across social media platforms. Our products go viral regularly and we are now expanding into wholesale — selling directly to smoke shops, gift shops, boutiques, and novelty retailers.
We are looking for a motivated Wholesale Outreach & Account Manager to own and grow this entire branch of the business independently. This is a performance-driven role with significant earning potential through commission on every account you open and every order you generate.
What you will own completely:

Researching and identifying wholesale prospects — smoke shops, gift shops, boutiques, novelty stores, and similar retailers across the US and internationally
Sending outreach emails daily using our provided email templates and wholesale catalog
Following up with interested prospects through the full conversation until they are ready to place an order
Managing ongoing relationships with existing wholesale accounts — checking in, sending reorder reminders, and upselling new products as we launch them
Keeping a clean Google Sheet tracking all prospects, outreach status, replies, and order history
Sending a daily summary report of activity and results
Handling all wholesale communication and correspondence

What the owner handles:

Confirming and processing client orders
Handling payments
Approving new product launches

This role is perfect for someone who:

Has experience in sales, outreach, or account management
Is highly organised and self-directed — you will manage your own pipeline
Is comfortable sending 25-30 outreach emails per day
Wants to build something — this role has room to grow into a full wholesale manager position as the channel scales

We are a legitimate, established brand with viral social proof, a professional wholesale catalog, and products with strong market demand. You will have everything you need to succeed from day one.

WAGE / SALARY
$25/week base + commission — OTE $200-$500+/week for strong performers
Here is the exact commission breakdown to paste in or explain if asked:

8% commission on the first order from every new account you open — a new account placing a $400 opening order pays you $32 on that single order
3% commission on all reorders from accounts you manage — a reorder of $400 pays you $12, and accounts reorder every 4-6 weeks, meaning every account you open keeps paying you passively
$50 bonus for every 5 new accounts opened in a calendar month — open 10 accounts in a month and you earn an extra $100 on top of all commissions

Example realistic monthly earnings at moderate performance:

Base: $100/month (4 weeks at $25)
10 new accounts at avg $350 opening order: $280 in 8% commission
8 existing accounts reordering at avg $350: $84 in 3% commission
1 bonus for 5+ accounts: $50
Total: approximately $514/month for a part-time role at 25-30 emails per day

Example earnings at strong performance:

Base: $100
20 new accounts at avg $400: $640 in 8% commission
15 reorders at avg $400: $180 in 3% commission
2 bonuses: $100
Total: approximately $1,020/month

The commission structure rewards both opening new accounts and building a recurring book of business. The more accounts accumulated over time the more the 3% reorder commission compounds passively.
