About us
MAU Brands is a private-label ecommerce company operating since 2016 across Home & Kitchen, Office, Outdoor, and Stationery. We sell on Amazon (US/CA/UK/EU), Walmart, Best Buy, and Shopify, and we're expanding our wholesale channel. We're a fully remote global team.

The role
Own the day-to-day operations of our wholesale business, with a focus on Faire. You'll manage the Faire storefront and catalog, coordinate fulfillment through our 3PL and Amazon AWD, and track every shipment from dispatch to delivery. This is a detail-heavy execution role — you keep orders moving, listings accurate, and responding to our existing customers.

What you'll do

- Manage our Faire account end-to-end: create and optimize product listings, set pricing/MOQs, maintain inventory accuracy, and process incoming orders
- Fulfill wholesale orders through our 3PL and route Amazon inventory through AWD, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments
- Track all shipments, proactively flag delays, and resolve issues with carriers and 3PL contacts
- Build and maintain accurate product listings (images, descriptions, specs, compliance details) across wholesale channels
- Keep internal trackers and inventory records up to date; report on order status and fulfillment metrics
- Follow and help improve SOPs for the wholesale workflow

Must have
1. Hands-on experience using Faire as a brand/seller (not just as a buyer)
2. Direct experience fulfilling orders via a 3PL and via Amazon AWD
3. Proven ability to create and manage ecommerce product listings accurately
4. Strong shipment tracking and logistics coordination experience
5. Meticulous attention to detail and strong written English
6. Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a remote async team
