Wholesale Account Manager (E-commerce / Fashion) – Remote (Philippines)
Lunalae is a fast-growing global fashion brand stocked by retailers across Australia and internationally. Our pieces are loved by customers and carried by well-known online and boutique stores in the pole and intimates space.
We’re a small, ambitious team building something big and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.
About the Role
This role focuses on managing and growing our wholesale accounts. You won’t be heavily focused on cold outreach instead, you’ll work with warm leads and existing stockists to drive orders, build relationships and ensure smooth operations.
You’ll work closely with our General Manager and play a key role in converting interest into sales and maintaining strong retail partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing -
* Managing inbound wholesale enquiries and retailer accounts
* Following up leads generated via marketing and outreach
* Converting interested retailers into active customers
* Maintaining relationships with existing stockists and driving repeat orders
* Coordinating with our 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth order dispatch
* Tracking orders, managing issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
* Updating and maintaining wholesale KPI reports
* Sharing feedback on bestsellers, demand, and customer insights
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years experience in account management, sales support, or client servicing (e-commerce or fashion is a bonus)
* Strong written and spoken English (very important)
* Confident communicating with international clients via
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Someone who takes ownership and follows through (not just task-based)
* Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
