Job Overview
The Wholesale Account Assistant will be responsible for nurturing retailer relationships, ensuring an exceptional wholesale partner experience, and supporting the growth of Scriveiner’s B2B channels. This role bridges **sales support, customer success, and merchandising**, ensuring our retail partners receive a premium, seamless experience that reflects Scriveiner’s luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Partner Management: Serve as the main contact for wholesale customers via Faire,
- Order & Account Support: Manage and track wholesale orders, coordinate with the operations team for fulfillment updates, and ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Digital Merchandising: Maintain and update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing across Faire and the wholesale portal.
- Account Retention & Growth: Encourage reorders and proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships with existing retailers.
- CRM Management: Use Nutshell to record and track communications, update account status, and maintain accurate partner data.
- Project Coordination: Use Notion to manage wholesale projects, timelines, and cross-team tasks with marketing, inventory, and operations.
- Performance Tracking: Report on wholesale KPIs (sales volume, reorder rate, account activity, and response times) to the Wholesale Growth Manager.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing on wholesale-focused campaigns, product launches, and partner newsletters.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the wholesale process and recommend solutions for efficiency and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in wholesale, customer success, or eCommerce account management (B2B experience preferred).
- Familiarity with Faire or similar digital wholesale platforms.
- Experience using Shopify, CRM, and customer support tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Comfortable with Notion or similar project management tools.
- Solid understanding of wholesale operations, retail partnerships, and order workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Skilled at managing CRM entries and tracking pipelines in Nutshell.
- Experienced with Shopify Admin, Faire dashboards, and wholesale portals.
- Basic familiarity with sales analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards.
