JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking to bring on a skilled, professional video editor to help grow and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.

We currently have:
88K followers on Instagram (primary account)
2 additional Instagram accounts in the same industry that require continued growth
A new TikTok page we’re actively scaling
An expanding YouTube channel tied to a new barber competition series
This role is focused on producing high-quality video content that supports a consistent posting schedule while helping us expand our audience and strengthen our brand presence.

What You’ll Be Doing
Editing short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Helping maintain a consistent publishing cadence across all platforms
Working with existing brand assets, products, and raw footage
Optimizing videos for each platform’s format and audience behavior
Incorporating captions, pacing, sound, and visual elements to maximize engagement
Supporting campaigns, launches, and ongoing content series
Bringing creative ideas that elevate the overall quality of our content

Proven experience editing social-first video content
Strong creative instincts with the ability to think outside the box
Comfortable using CapCut and modern editing platforms
Familiarity with the latest AI tools that improve workflow and output
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality
Organized, dependable, and timeline-driven
Comfortable operating within a structured content system
