Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate? Our growing team is looking for a Transaction Coordinator who can also step in to support with administrative tasks, inside sales (ISA) follow-ups, and social media projects during downtime.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats!
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination:
Manage contract-to-close process for real estate deals.
Ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors.
Maintain organized digital files and CRM updates.
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling, database management, and team coordination.
Prepare reports and handle miscellaneous office tasks.
Inside Sales (ISA) Duties:
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and
Nurture relationships and qualify prospects for the sales team.
Track conversations and appointments in CRM.
Social Media Assistance:
Help with posting content, engagement, and brand consistency.
Support marketing campaigns and online presence.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Tech-savvy (familiar with CRM systems, Google Workspace, social platforms).
Proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities.
Real estate experience (preferred but not required).
