JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based digital agency with over 25 years in business. We build custom systems, SaaS platforms, AI integrations, and complex WordPress environments.
We are not hiring entry-level.
We are not hiring intermediates.
We are hiring a proven senior-level All-Star.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Minimum 10+ years professional experience in web development
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – must be comfortable in phone meetings and articulate in professional emails
• Ability to communicate directly with clients via email and live calls
• Strong project management capability – able to own deliverables without supervision
• Exceptional documentation discipline
• Advanced WordPress development – custom themes and custom plugin development only
• Expert-level PHP development
• Deep understanding of WordPress core architecture, hooks, filters, actions, and database structure
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex custom plugins
• AI integration experience (OpenAI APIs, automation systems, prompt logic, AI workflow integration)
• Ability to slice HTML/CSS cleanly from designs
• Strong responsive design and front-end implementation skills
• Bootstrap and modern CSS framework experience
• Git/GitHub workflow proficiency
• Experience working in structured dev, staging, and production environments
• Clean, scalable, production-ready coding standards
• Strong debugging skills in live production environments
• Agency experience required
