JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a wellness retreat and boutique hotel brand looking for a creative, results-driven Instagram & ManyChat Marketing VA to help us grow our audience, generate real inquiries, and attract retreat leaders and teachers from around the world.

This is a remote, long-term role for someone who understands Instagram growth + DM automation — not just posting for aesthetics.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow our Instagram account (posts, stories, reels)

Create engaging reels that drive reach, saves, and DMs

Set up and optimize ManyChat automations (keywords, story replies, DM flows)

Turn Instagram engagement into real leads and inquiries

Track performance and improve what’s working (reach, DMs, leads)

? You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have hands-on experience with ManyChat (flows, automations, lead capture)

Know how to use Instagram as a lead-generation tool

Can confidently create and edit reels (trends, hooks, captions)

Understand CTAs, storytelling, and basic Instagram strategy

Are organized, proactive, and results-focused

? Bonus Points If You:

Have worked with wellness, travel, or lifestyle brands

Understand funnels, lead magnets, and DM marketing

Love yoga, retreats, or conscious living
