Role Overview
This is a results-driven, high-integrity sales role. As a Sales Closer, you will speak with qualified leads who’ve already shown strong interest. Your job is to understand their goals, identify objections, and match them with the right programme — whether that’s a digital academy, mentoring, or an in-person retreat.
You’re not just closing deals — you’re helping people take life-changing steps toward freedom, confidence, and financial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Calls
Conduct 1:1 sales calls with qualified leads (calls are booked by our team or follow-ups from webinar funnels,
Use a consultative sales approach grounded in the SPINABT framework
Build rapport quickly and diagnose the lead’s real needs, goals, and blockers
Position the most suitable programme (Academy, Retreat, PEO, or 121 Mentoring) with clarity and confidence
Handle objections professionally — from budget to fear of failure
Close the sale using appropriate payment pathways (pay-in-full, deposit + balance, or split payments)
Admin & CRM
Update lead records in Keap CRM after every call,
Record outcomes, objections, next steps, and product interest
Assign correct tags for internal handover to operations and customer service
Update daily and weekly achievement reporting
Pipeline Management
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects
Re-engage with “not yet” leads via WhatsApp, voice note, or follow-up calls
Continue lead conversations through Go High Level (GHL)
Track conversions, pipeline health, and report weekly to the Sales Director
Feedback & Learning
Attend tea
Share what’s working and where leads are stalling
Constantly learn and refine your sales approach using internal training and feedback
Who You Are
A proven high-ticket closer with experience selling £2k–£25k programmes
Structured and confident on calls — but always empathetic and ethical
Consultative in approach, with the ability to match the offer to the person
A natural listener who loves solving problems — not pushing products
Excited by personal development, sales, property, or entrepreneurship
Strong at managing your own pipeline and following up consistently
Believe property can change lives, and feel deep satisfaction when helping others take bold steps forward

Solid base rate, plus great commission structure, both recurring monthly and big one off sums
With the monthly recurring commission this means you build your revenue monthly, opening the month knowing you have commission due to land before you start your month! The opportunity to build your commission monthly is uncapped.
