We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Credit Repair Customer Service Agent who already understands the credit repair industry and can confidently handle client communication across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to client
• Manage and reply to messages within the client portal
• Handle incoming inquiries related to credit reports, disputes, and account updates
• Provide accurate guidance on the credit repair process
• Review client accounts and give status updates on disputes and progress
• Maintain clear, organized records of all client interactions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and trust
Requirements:
• MUST have prior credit repair experience
• Strong understanding of credit reports, dispute processes, and credit laws
