JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking to hire a proven Amazon professional to help scale and aggressively grow our Amazon seller presence. This role is for someone who understands how to operate, optimize, and scale an Amazon account to produce significant sales through strategy, execution, and data-driven decision making.

This is an established business, not a startup from zero. We create and own multiple products, have an extensive library of brand assets, and already operate a performing Amazon account with strong upside. There is significant room to introduce new angles, optimize existing listings, and implement high-level growth strategies to 10x the channel.

We’re hiring quickly—but the right way. We value skill, consistency, and accountability, and we offer consistent work and consistent pay for the right person.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Managing and optimizing the Amazon seller account end-to-end

Driving sales growth through listing optimization, pricing strategy, and conversion improvements

Building, managing, and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)

Identifying new growth opportunities: keywords, ASIN targeting, bundles, variations, and launches

Monitoring performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CVR, TACOS, inventory velocity)

Coordinating creative needs using provided brand assets

Proactively testing new ideas, angles, and strategies to scale revenue

What We’re Looking For (Required Criteria)

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts that generate strong sales

Deep understanding of Amazon PPC strategy and scaling

Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization

Experience improving conversion rates and AOV

Ability to read data and turn insights into action

Organized, reliable, and consistent execution

Experience working with established brands (not just private-label launches)

This role is not for beginners or people learning Amazon for the first time.

What We Provide

A live, performing Amazon business with room for major growth

Extensive brand assets, product images, and creative resources

Product development handled in-house—you focus on growth

Clear structure, expectations, and decision-making access

Long-term opportunity with consistent pay for consistent performance

How to Apply

If you’re interested, please contact us with:

A portfolio or case studies of Amazon accounts you’ve managed

Specific results you’ve driven (revenue growth, ROAS improvements, scaling examples)

A brief overview of your experience and availability

Only candidates who can demonstrate real results will be considered.
