I’m a corrective chiropractor and CEO of Bridge City Health. My personal brand focuses on wellness, business, and lifestyle: helping people become healthier, higher-performing humans. I want a dedicated content partner to help me show up consistently online and turn my daily life and work into powerful content.
Role Overview
Your job is to build and maintain my personal brand content machine:
Turn my day-to-day (clinic, workouts, family, business) into short-form content.
Create Reels and Canva posts around wellness, lifestyle, and business.
Maintain a consistent look, feel, and message that matches my brand and Bridge City Health.
Track what works, scrap what doesn’t, and help me double down on winners.
This role is for someone who loves social, understands trends, and can organize a busy founder’s content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning
Build a weekly content plan for Instagram,
Create simple shot lists for me so I know exactly what to film each week.
Content Creation
Edit 4–7 Reels per week (hooks, captions, on-screen text, basic transitions).
Design 2–4 Canva carousels / static posts per week (quotes, tips, mini-lessons).
Pull content ideas from my existing clinic footage, personal photos, podcasts, and lives.
Publishing & Optimization
Write captions in my voice (I’ll give examples and guidance).
Post/schedule content at agreed times.
Save and tag best-performing posts so we can reuse and spin off new versions.
Collaboration
Weekly meeting with me to review performance, plan hooks, and align on topics.
Ask for what you need fro
Success Metrics (KPIs)
You’re winning when:
4–7 Reels + 2–4 Canva posts go out every week, consistently.
Personal account followers grow 5–10% per month.
Average views per Reel and engagement (comments, saves, shares) trend up month over month.
We have an organized content library with labeled “top performers” for easy reuse.
Requirements
Proven experience managing a personal brand or influencer-style account.
Strong short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok) using CapCut, Canva, or similar.
Good Canva design skills and strong sense of visual branding.
*Excellent written English; can match tone and style from examples.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable directing a busy founder on what to film.
Able to overlap at least 2–3 hours with US business hours for live check-ins.
Nice to Have
Experience in health, fitness, or wellness niches.
Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok trends and sounds.
