JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a certified wellness coach with a passion for biohacking, performance optimization, and human potential. You will be responsible for delivering coaching programs to clients who have purchased wellness products and are ready to go deeper — improving their energy, cognitive performance, sleep, stress resilience, and overall vitality.
You do not sell. We handle all sales. Your job is to deliver results that make clients stay, renew, and refer.

What You Will Do
Onboard new coaching clients within 48 hours of sign-up
Conduct weekly check-in calls or video sessions (30–45 minutes)
Build personalized protocols covering nutrition, sleep, movement, supplementation, and stress management
Provide daily or weekly accountability via WhatsApp or SMS
Track client progress and adjust protocols biweekly based on results
Flag disengaged clients to the operations team for retention outreach
Collaborate on program content development and curriculum updates
Deliver measurable outcomes — client results are your performance metric

What We Are Looking For
Certified in coaching, nutrition, functional medicine, or a related wellness field
Deep knowledge of biohacking fundamentals: sleep optimization, HRV, cortisol management, nootropics, adaptogens, circadian rhythm, and performance nutrition
Experience working with clients on energy, focus, stress, and lifestyle transformation
Familiar with tools like Oura, Whoop, continuous glucose monitors, or similar tracking devices is a strong plus
Empathetic listener — you meet clients where they are, not where you want them to be
Organized and reliable — you show up for every session, you follow up, you document
Comfortable working remotely with clients across multiple time zones
Results-oriented: you measure success by client outcomes, not session count
