Job Type: Part-Time (Weekends Only)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Location: Remote


Compensation

Choose the compensation structure that works best for you:

Option 1 – Commission Only

- Earn $30–$100 per sale, depending on the package sold.
- Unlimited earning potential.

Option 2 – Hourly + Commission

- $5/hour plus $10 per sale.


- Growth Opportunity

This is a weekend-only position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. High-performing tea ---------- mbers may be offered a full-time position within 3–6 months based on performance, consistency, attendance, and business needs.


Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from consultation to closing.
- Build trust with prospects, identify their needs, and recommend the best solution.
- Confidently overcome objections and close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects as needed.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.


Qualifications

- At least 2 years of full-cycle sales closing experience (required).
- Demonstrated success in consultative or high-ticket sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

- Upselling
- Cross-selling
- Telemarketing
- You have not been responsible for managing the entire sales process through closing.
