# Wedding Photo Editor – Contract Position

## Overview

Vaughan Visuals is seeking a reliable wedding photo editor to assist with post-production on wedding galleries. This is a contract-based position with the opportunity for ongoing work as booking volume increases.

The ideal candidate has experience editing wedding photography, maintaining color consistency throughout a gallery, and delivering clean, natural-looking edits that match an established editing style.

## Workflow

* All photos will be culled prior to delivery.
* Our lead photographer will edit approximately 100–120 images from each wedding gallery for previews, social media content, and style reference.
* Lightroom presets will be provided.
* Multiple edited sample images from the wedding will be provided as color and style references.
* The editor will be responsible for matching the remaining gallery to the established look and feel.

## Responsibilities

* Apply provided Lightroom presets and make necessary adjustments.
* Match color grading and overall style to photographer-edited reference images.
* Adjust exposure, white balance, contrast, highlights, shadows, and color balance as needed.
* Correct horizons and minor composition alignment issues when necessary.
* Maintain consistency across the entire gallery.
* Export and return edited files according to provided specifications.

## Requirements

* Experience editing wedding photography.
* Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom
* Strong understanding of color correction and white balance.
* Ability to closely match an existing editing style.
* Attention to detail and consistency throughout large galleries.
* Ability to meet agreed-upon turnaround times.
