JOB OVERVIEW

We are a modern wedding content creation brand based in San Diego, specializing in real-time event coverage and professionally edited short-form content for social media.
We are growing and looking for a driven, results-oriented professional to help us generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into booked clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketer / Sales Representative / Customer Success Specialist who can:

• Generate qualified wedding & event leads
• Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally
• Nurture conversations and follow up consistently
• Convert leads into booked clients
• Build relationships with wedding vendors and planners
• Help position Top Social as a premium yet modern service

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation

Identify and attract brides and event clients through Facebook groups, Instagram, vendor outreach, and online platforms
Create and implement strategies to increase inquiries
Develop partnerships with wedding planners and vendors

Sales & Conversion
Respond to DMs, emails, and inquiries promptly
Qualify leads and guide them through the booking process
Handle objections professionally
Follow up with warm and cold leads
Track leads and conversion metrics

Customer Service
Provide a luxury, friendly, and professional client experience
Maintain organized communication records
Ensure smooth onboarding once clients book

Qualifications
Experience in sales, lead generation, or social media marketing
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable selling high-emotion services (weddings/events)
Organized and self-motivated
Experience in wedding industry is a plus
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Comfortable working independently and remotely
