JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Website Update & SEO Support Specialist to support a growing business. This is a flexible hourly role for someone who enjoys keeping website content current, organized, and polished while also helping with SEO-related support. The main focus of the position will be updating website information as changes are needed throughout the year. Workload may increase during busier onboarding periods, so we are looking for someone who can step in where needed and handle updates with care and accuracy.

This role will be supporting a bank environment, so experience working in banking, financial services, or a similar professional setting would be highly valued. Any background in billing, accounting support, or financial administrative work would also be a strong plus, as those skills would be helpful in understanding the nature of the business and supporting related needs when they come up.

The website is managed through Squarespace, so experience with that platform is preferred, though we are happy to train the right person. This is a behind-the-scenes role with no phone work required, making it a great fit for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy support work that helps a business stay organized and run smoothly, this could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for:

Experience with Squarespace or similar website platforms
Familiarity with SEO support
Strong attention to detail and organization
Dependable, flexible, and willing to be trained
Comfortable stepping in during busier onboarding periods
Banking, billing, or accounting-related experience is a plus
