Codebrilla | Work From Home

Codebrilla is a growing web design company helping small businesses get professional, modern websites without the traditional agency price tag.

We're building a small, competitive sales team and are looking for motivated sales representatives in the Philippines who are confident communicating with business owners, following up with prospects, and closing deals.

This is a remote sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential and a steady supply of new prospects provided by Codebrilla.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for turning prospective small-business owners into Codebrilla customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Contacting new prospects provided by Codebrilla
Calling, messaging, emailing, and following up with business owners
Explaining Codebrilla's website services clearly and confidently
Identifying what the business owner needs from their website
Handling common sales objections
Following up consistently with interested prospects
Closing website sales
Accurately tracking leads and conversations in our CRM
Maintaining an organized sales pipeline
Generating your own prospects if you'd like to increase your earning potential
We Provide the Leads

You do not have to spend your entire day searching for people to contact.

Codebrilla provides approximately:

50 NEW leads per working day

That's approximately:

1,000 new prospects per month

You are also welcome and encouraged to generate your own leads.

Our goal is simple:

Performance Expectations

We want salespeople who are hungry to perform, but we also understand that building a pipeline takes time.

Our standard monthly performance levels are:

0 –11 sales: Coaching & Development

12–14 sales: On Track / Good Standing

15–19 sales: Quota Achieved

20–24 sales: Excellent

25+ sales: Elite Performer

Our standard monthly target is 15 completed website sales.

New representatives will receive time to learn our offer, sales process, systems, and customer base before being evaluated against the full performance standard.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

Speak and write English confidently
Are comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
Have previous sales, appointment-setting, telemarketing, BPO, call-center, or customer-service experience
Are comfortable making outbound calls
Know how to follow up without giving up after one attempt
Are organized and able to manage a large pipeline
Can work independently from home
Are motivated by performance-based compensation
Are coachable and willing to improve
Want an opportunity where strong performance directly increases your income

Previous website or technology sales experience is helpful but not required.

We can teach you our service.

We're more interested in finding people who can communicate, learn, follow a process, stay consistent, and CLOSE.
