SEO Manager / LLM Search Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced SEO professional to fully manage and grow our website’s organic visibility.

This role requires someone who can own the entire SEO strategy and execution across every area, including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, backlinks, keyword research, site structure, optimization, reporting, and advanced LLM/search visibility.

We are only looking for well-experienced, highly qualified candidates who can take initiative, research best practices, identify opportunities, and execute without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities:

* Manage full website SEO strategy and execution
* Improve on-page SEO across all key website pages
* Build and manage off-page SEO and backlink strategy
* Handle technical SEO improvements and site audits
* Research keywords, competitors, and content opportunities
* Optimize existing content and recommend new content
* Improve website structure, rankings, traffic, and conversions
* Understand and apply SEO for AI search / LLM visibility
* Track results and provide clear reporting

Requirements:

* Strong experience managing SEO for business websites
* Proven knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
* Experience with content strategy and backlink building
* Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
* Strong understanding of how AI search and LLMs are changing SEO
* Excellent written English
* Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Able to take ownership and execute from strategy through implementation
