Website Project Manager & Graphic Designer
OP Digital Solutions | Full-time | Remote (Philippines) | Reports to the Australian Directors
About Us
OP Digital Solutions (trading as On Point Digital Solutions) is a Melbourne based digital marketing agency serving clients across Australia. We run an Australian strategy team paired with a talented Philippines based execution team, and we're proud of the work we do across web development, SEO, paid social, content, and hosting.
We're growing, and we need someone who can sit right in the middle of our design and development world and keep everything moving.
The Role
This is primarily a Website Project Manager position with a graphic design component. You'll be the connective tissue between our design team, our development team, and our clients, making sure website builds and hosting accounts run smoothly, on time, and without anything falling through the cracks.
You won't just be ticking boxes on a project board. You'll be the person clients trust, the person developers rely on for clear briefs, and the person our directors know can be handed a project and walked away from with total confidence.
What you'll be doing
Managing new website build projects end to end, from kickoff through to launch
Overseeing ongoing hosting clients, handling requests, updates, and troubleshooting coordination
Acting as the primary link between our design and development teams, translating client needs into clear, actionable briefs
Building and maintaining genuine relationships with our Australian based clients, including running video meetings when required
Keeping projects on schedule, flagging risks early, and solving problems before they become fires
Contributing design work where needed, particularly for smaller website and graphic tasks
Using tools like BugHerd for QA and feedback, and Loom for async updates and walkthroughs
What You'll Need
Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll be meeting with Australian clients directly, so this isn't negotiable
Solid working knowledge of WordPress, including page builders and everyday site management
Familiarity with Shopify, enough to manage builds and liaise confidently with developers
Proven experience in project management, ideally in a web, digital, or creative agency setting
A genuine knack for relationship building. You need to be the kind of person clients actually enjoy dealing with
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your head
A design eye. You don't need to be a senior designer, but you should be comfortable in tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe
Bonus points for
Experience with BugHerd, Loom, or similar QA and communication tools
Background in a digital marketing agency environment
Exposure to SEO, hosting, or basic web troubleshooting
Why This Role Is Different
This isn't a dead end job. We're building out our team structure with real progression in mind, and this role has a clear path to grow in responsibility as the agency scales. If you're someone who wants to build a career rather than just clock hours, this is a seat worth taking.
You'll be working directly with the Australian directors, given real ownership over projects, and trusted to make decisions. We're not interested in micromanaging good people. We're interested in finding good people and getting out of their way.
How to Apply
Send through your CV along with a short note on:
A website project you managed from start to finish, and what made it a success (or what you learned when it didn't go to plan)
A quick example of your English communication, ideally something client-facing
Any design work you're proud to show off.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just fill a seat. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
