1. Client Onboarding & Discovery
Conduct initial client meetings to gather project goals, brand voice, and functionality needs.
Guide clients through template and style selection to match brand aesthetics.
Provide clear expectations, timelines, and deliverable checklists.
2. Content Development
Write or edit website copy to reflect the client’s tone, industry, and SEO best practices.
Organize and structure page content for easy navigation and readability.
Proofread all text for grammar, spelling, and clarity before submission to the design team.
3. Image & Asset Management
Collect logos, brand assets, and images from the client.
Source stock photography if needed, ensuring images are high quality and on-brand.
Organize and label files for easy use by the design/development team.
4. Project Coordination
Keep the website project on schedule by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and request missing materials.
Work closely with the design/development team to ensure the project meets expectations.
5. Review & Quality Assurance
Review design drafts to confirm alignment with client goals and brand style.
Check for formatting consistency, functional links, and accurate content placement.
Gather client feedback, manage revisions, and finalize approvals for launch.
6. Launch Support
Coordinate with the technical team for final launch tasks (domain setup, go-live scheduling).
Ensure the client receives post-launch training and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of website best practices for layout, usability, and SEO.
Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration.
Highly organized with the ability to manage assets and track progress.
