JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
I am looking for a results-driven collaborator to finalize the Marketing and Selling section of my PPM website. This role is crucial for completing the profiling system and scripts used to secure funding. You will be working directly with me to ensure our "person raising money" has a foolproof script to approach and close prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Finalization: Complete the setup for the marketing/selling funnel on our PPM site.

AI Integration: Utilize AI (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to refine messaging and accelerate content creation.

Scriptwriting: Finalize the "PPM Funding Script" for the fundraiser and the corresponding "Prospect Pitch."

Prospect Profiling: Complete the explanation of the profiling system to help fundraisers identify the best potential investors.

Requirements:

Knowledge of PPM/Finance: Understanding of Private Placement Memorandums and the capital-raising process.

AI Power User: Advanced skills in prompt engineering to generate scripts and marketing copy.

Sales Copywriting: Ability to write persuasive, professional scripts for high-stakes financial conversations.

Technical Setup: Familiarity with website backend marketing sections (landing pages, funnel logic).
