JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Amazon-focused agency looking for a Website Manager to take ownership of our website and lead ongoing improvements across SEO, structure, and front-end execution.

You will work closely with:

Director of Business Development (strategy)
Designer (Figma-based designs)

All content strategy and design will be provided — your role is to implement it cleanly and effectively on the website.
For SEO, you will need to take lead to help identify high-value keywords and opportunities and recommend strategies for ranking on those terms. Our team will create content based on those insights, and you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing it on the site.

Core Responsibilities
Website Implementation:
Take Figma designs and accurately build them on the website using Divi
Ensure clean layout, spacing, and formatting
Optimize pages for both desktop and mobile
Add and manage animations and interactive elements, including:
Scrolling effects
Hover states
Arrows and transitions
Ensure all pages are visually polished and consistent

SEO Implementation:
Assist in identifying high-volume, relevant search terms
Lead the strategy and implementation of content around those terms (titles, headers, structure)
Ensure proper:
Page hierarchy (H1, H2, etc.)
Internal linking
SEO-friendly formatting
Ensure all SEO issues, errors, and flags are identified and resolved, and that best practices are implemented across all areas of the site
Support efforts to improve rankings through content structure and backlink alignment

LLM / AI Search Optimization
Structure pages so they perform well in AI/LLM-driven search (ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.)
Ensure content is:
Clearly structured and easy to interpret
Broken into logical sections with strong headings
Written to directly answer common user questions
Format content for maximum extractability, including:
Clear heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3)
Bullet points and concise sections
Direct, informative language (not vague marketing copy)
Help implement content that increases likelihood of being cited or referenced by AI systems
Ensure strong semantic clarity, topic depth, and clean HTML structure

Requirements:
Ability to take ownership of and lead our website optimization efforts.
Strong experience with WordPress (Divi REQUIRED)
Experience with Divi Supreme Pro (strong plus)
Ability to translate Figma designs into live pages accurately

Experience with:
Responsive design (desktop + mobile)
Front-end layout and structure
Animations and interactive elements
Solid understanding of on-page SEO
Basic understanding of search ranking and backlinking
Strong attention to detail
