JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US:

Local Launchpad helps UK local service businesses dominate Google through high-converting websites, SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.

We only launched in June and have already signed 8 paying clients in our first 3 weeks (likely 10+ by month end). Demand is growing quickly, and we've built our entire business around systems, automation and AI.

Everything is documented. Everything has an SOP. Everything has a proven process.

Now we're looking for another Website Build Specialist to help us scale.

---

THIS ISN'T A GRAPHIC DESIGN ROLE
You won't be designing websites. You won't be creating graphics. You won't be speaking with clients.

Instead, you'll take websites that already have image placeholders and the completed copy and make them look premium by sourcing and preparing the perfect images. You'll play a huge part in the final quality of every project.

---

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Finding high-quality images that genuinely match each client's business (this will be a mix of client images and images sourced on envato elements, we provide you with the subscription)
- Resizing and compressing images for fast website performance
- Uploading images into GoHighLevel
- Ensuring image consistency across every page
- Replacing placeholder images
- Completing visual quality checks
- Following our SOPs and Loom training

---

What We're Looking For

This role is perfect for someone who:
- Has GoHighLevel experience
- Has an excellent eye for detail
- Naturally notices when something doesn't look right
- Enjoys creating polished, professional websites
- Can source high-quality imagery quickly
- Understands image optimisation
- Takes pride in producing premium work
- Works efficiently without sacrificing quality

We'll teach you our exact process.

---

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
When I review a website I shouldn't find:
? Generic stock photos
? Low-quality images
? Stretched or distorted images
? Images that don't match the content
? Poor visual consistency
Instead, I want to immediately think:
"That looks fantastic."

---

COMPENSATION

We pay per completed website build.

Current pricing:
Up to 40 pages - $55 USD
Every additional 10 pages - +$5 USD
Examples:
40 pages = $55
50 pages = $60
60 pages = $65
80 pages = $75
100 pages = $85
200 pages = $135

The faster you build websites while maintaining quality, the more you can earn! For example, If we have 20 websites one month averaging 100 pages each you can earn $1700 that month!

---

PERFORMANCE BONUSES

???? Speed Bonus

Complete a website within 48 hours of it being assigned while maintaining our quality standards and receive a 25% bonus for that project.

Quality always comes first. If significant revisions are required, the bonus won't apply.

???? Growth Bonus

Our goal is to reach £10,000/month recurring revenue before December 30th.

If we hit that milestone, everyone who played a significant role in getting us there will receive a $1,000 USD performance bonus.

If we hit the target early, the bonus gets paid early.

---

WHY JOIN NOW?
You're joining right at the beginning. The systems are already built. Clients are already signing. Demand is growing every week.

As the business grows, there will be opportunities to earn more, take on additional responsibility and become a key member of the team.
This isn't just another freelance gig. We're building something long-term.

---

HOW TO APPLY
Please send:

1- A 60 second+ Loom video introducing yourself (failure to send a loom will mean we will NOT look at your application) and covering the following;
- Your GoHighLevel experience
- Any experience sourcing images or building websites
- Why you'd be a great fit for this role

2- A written description of your GoHighLevel experience, specifically what you have built and how long you have been using it (send any required links)

3- Your availability and how many hours per week you can commit

Applications without a Loom video won't be considered.

This is fast paced environment and is not for someone looking to work a few hours a day 5 days a week, you have to work the odd weekend and the days can be long but the beauty is I can give you as much work as you can take on, as things ramp up expect to be earning anywhere from $2000 - $3500/month

You'll have the opportunity to take on as many projects as you can comfortably complete.

I am after someone hungry to work and someone that has the drive to earn as much as they can, this is not for someone who doesn’t have the drive to work long hours and days!

I look forward to hearing from you!
