JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

LEEDIA CREATES is a boutique creative agency managing the full digital presence of entrepreneurs, creators, and business owners.

We are looking for someone to build and manage the backend systems of the agency — including websites, funnels, CRM, and automation.

This is not a basic VA role.
You will help create systems that allow the agency to run smoothly without constant manual work.

Responsibilities

1. Website & Funnel Setup
• Build and update websites (Wix or similar)
• Create landing pages and simple funnels
• Ensure clean and smooth user experience

?

2. CRM & Workflow Setup
• Set up CRM systems (HoneyBook, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Build pipelines (lead ? client ? onboarding)
• Automate onboarding and follow-ups

?

3. Automation & AI Support
• Create automations using Zapier or Make
• Connect tools (website, CRM, email, payments)
• Support simple AI workflows (Custom GPT or similar tools)

4. System Organization
• Help organize backend systems (Notion & Google Drive)
• Ensure workflows are clear and structured

Requirements
• Experience with website builders (Wix preferred)
• Experience with CRM tools (HoneyBook, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make)
• Strong logical thinking (understands workflows and systems)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

• Part-time (20 hours/week)
• Remote

• Salary: $5–$8/hour (based on experience)

Paid Test Task

Selected candidates will complete a short paid task:

Create a simple workflow showing what happens after a client submits an inquiry (lead ? onboarding).
