JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, detail?oriented Virtual Assistant with solid Amazon FBA experience to support our fast?growing e?commerce brand. The primary focus will be sourcing reliable wholesale vendors, negotiating terms, and opening new Amazon seller accounts that meet Amazon’s compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Sourcing & Vetting
Identify and research wholesale suppliers (US & overseas) that meet product?quality, pricing, and Amazon policy criteria.
Conduct initial outreach, request catalogs, and obtain sample products for quality inspection.
Maintain a vetted supplier database with contact details, terms, MOQ, lead times, and performance metrics.
Amazon Account Creation & Management
Set up new Amazon Seller Central accounts (Professional, Global, or Brand Registry as needed).
Complete all required documentation (tax forms, identity verification, bank details) and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies.
Coordinate with Amazon support to resolve any onboarding issues or account suspensions.

Data & Reporting
Track supplier lead times, costs, and performance in a shared spreadsheet or CRM.
Provide weekly status updates on new vendor pipelines and account setup progress.

Qualifications
2+?years of hands?on experience managing Amazon FBA businesses (seller?central, private label, wholesale, or retail arbitrage).
Proven track record of sourcing wholesale suppliers and negotiating terms.
Familiarity with Amazon’s verification process, Brand Registry, and policy compliance.
Strong written communication and professional email etiquette.
Excellent organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple vendor pipelines simultaneously.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and preferably basic knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast?paced e?commerce environment.
Preferred Extras
Experience with Alibaba, Global Sources, or other B2B sourcing platforms.
Understanding of import regulations, customs documentation, and DDP/FCA shipping terms.
Basic graphic design or product listing skills (photo editing, keyword research).
