JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Website Developer to join our team for a long-term position with strong career growth opportunities.

This is not a project-based or temporary freelance gig—we are seeking a dedicated professional ready to contribute to core projects, continuously optimize web properties, and grow alongside our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and scale responsive websites and e-commerce stores across WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, and occasionally OpenCart (benefit to have).
- Convert Figma designs into fully functional websites.
- Build custom WordPress and Shopify themes and plugins tailored to project requirements.
- Customize page builders (including Divi) and write clean, semantic custom code (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and write efficient code.
- Ensure optimal site speed, performance, cross-browser compatibility, and technical SEO hygiene.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of full-time professional experience as a website developer in a company setting. (Note: Internships, bootcamps, and academic projects do NOT count toward this requirement.)
- Must possess a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Willingness to work using time tracking and screen monitoring software during working hours is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in PHP, JavaScript, custom theme/plugin development, and dynamic e-commerce platforms.
