Vesari — Shopify Store Build Brief
Project Overview

Full Shopify store build for Vesari, a fine jewelry brand (gold, lab-grown diamond, and moissanite pieces — rings, bracelets, necklaces, custom watches). This needs to be a complete, ready-to-operate luxury e-commerce store — not just a theme template.

Reference brands for look and feel: Graff, Cullen Jewellery

Design Direction
Aesthetic: Graff-level luxury — minimal, elegant, editorial, spacious. Should feel like a real high-end fine jewelry brand, not a stock Shopify theme.
Color palette: Black, gold, off-white
Typography: Clean, premium, generous whitespace
Imagery: Large, high-impact product photography as the visual centerpiece of every page
3D Hover Preview (signature feature)
On product images, hovering should trigger a 3D-style interactive preview — similar to Graff's product pages
This does not need to be implemented for every product — reserve it for a select handful of flagship/hero pieces (we'll specify which)
For all other products, standard high-quality image galleries are fine
Open to your recommendation on the best technical approach (WebGL/Three.js viewer, 360° image sequence, or similar) — flag pros/cons of each for cost and load time
Full Scope
Custom Shopify theme — homepage, collection pages, product page template
3D hover preview on selected hero products (see above)
Product variant selectors — metal type, carat, ring size, chain length as applicable
Full catalog entry — I will provide product data (from my own spreadsheet) and photography; you enter and format every listing into the store
Business email setup — professional email connected to the store domain
Checkout fully configured and tested — shipping rates, tax settings, payment methods
Mobile-optimized, fast-loading
On-page SEO build-out — meta titles/descriptions, clean URL structure, image alt text, header hierarchy, product schema markup, sitemap
Google Search Console / Analytics connected
Store should be easy for me to manage day-to-day without needing a developer for routine changes (adding products, editing copy, swapping images)
What I'll Provide
Product data and pricing (spreadsheet — will share separately)
Product photography — note: for my own in-house designs, I currently only have a single front-facing photo per piece, not a full multi-angle set. Let's discuss the best way to handle this (AI-generated additional angles, photo editing/extension, or flagging which pieces need real reshoots)
Category/collection structure
Brand reference examples for visual style
Vesari logo/wordmark

Requirements
Strong Shopify Liquid experience, plus experience with interactive/3D product displays (or willingness to implement using an app/plugin solution if that's more efficient than custom code)
On-page SEO experience
Full store setup experience — not just theme design (checkout, tax, shipping config)
Please share 2-3 live stores you've built (working links, not screenshots) — ideally something in a luxury/minimal aesthetic, bonus if any include interactive product features
Budget & Payment
Total budget: $650, fixed price
Payment structure (milestone-based):
25% ($163) on start
25% ($163) after theme/homepage + 3D preview proof-of-concept approved
25% ($163) after full catalog entered
25% ($161) on final delivery and testing
Timeline
Target: fully live within 3 weeks of start
