JOB OVERVIEW

Blacksand
Remote · Full-time · Immediate Start

Blacksand needs a dedicated website expert to own the build, maintenance, and optimization of its web presence. You will be the go-to for everything from landing pages to performance improvements, working closely with the SEO and ads team to ensure the site converts.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Build, update, and maintain the Blacksand website — pages, landing pages, forms, and flows
Implement technical SEO requirements in partnership with the SEO Expert
Ensure the site is fast, mobile-optimized, and conversion-focused
Create and iterate on landing pages for paid campaigns
Troubleshoot bugs, broken links, and performance issues quickly
Manage integrations — CRM, tracking pixels, analytics, forms

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of web development experience, ideally with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Experience building and optimizing landing pages for paid traffic
Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and pixel implementation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team where priorities can shift
Bonus: experience with GHL (GoHighLevel) or similar CRM platforms

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS
Blacksand website fully audited, issues documented, and critical fixes deployed
At least two campaign landing pages are built and live
All tracking and analytics confirmed working across the site
