JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Website Designer/Admin to join our team full-time. This role requires strong website design and management experience across WordPress, Wix, and Shopify, combined with the ability to handle light admin tasks. The successful candidate will ensure our clients’ digital presence remains modern, functional, and aligned with their branding.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain websites on WordPress,and Wix, .

Update and optimise existing websites, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.

Create landing pages, funnels, and simple integrations (e.g., forms, payment gateways, plugins).

Handle domain, hosting, and security management.

Assist with light graphic design tasks (Canva/Adobe) for web and social media content.

Provide admin support including scheduling, email organisation, and file management.

Communicate effectively with the team and deliver tasks on schedule.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience building and maintaining websites on WordPress & Wix.

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and best practices.

Experience with plugins, apps, and integrations (email marketing, booking systems, e-commerce tools).

Basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop/Illustrator).

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Reliable internet and ability to work remotely full-time.

Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
