JOB OVERVIEW

WordPress Website Designer (Long-Term Collaboration)

I’m looking for a talented WordPress website designer/developer to help me build and evolve the website for Seek Consciousness.

This is not a large corporate website. The initial version will be intentionally simple and designed to grow over time.

The primary purpose of the website is to introduce the project, explain what it is, and guide visitors toward my YouTube channel Seek_Consciousness and, eventually, the Seek Consciousness app.

Think of it as the online home for the project rather than a large, complex website.

Seek Consciousness is a long-term body of work focused on human consciousness, awareness, breathwork, personal growth, psychedelics, and expanded states of consciousness.

The project combines ancient wisdom with modern science and practical daily practices to help people become more present, clear, and engaged with life.

The visual style is calm, elegant, minimal, intentional, and timeless.

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for someone who:

• Has experience designing modern WordPress websites
• Understands clean UX/UI and thoughtful user flow
• Can build responsive, mobile-friendly websites
• Understands page speed and performance optimization
• Has experience with traditional SEO and modern AI search optimization (GEO / LLM optimization)
• Understands how to structure content so both Google and AI models can easily understand and reference the project
• Builds websites that are organized, scalable, and easy to expand over time
• Communicates well and enjoys creative collaboration

Experience building websites in the wellness, education, meditation, coaching, or personal growth industries is a big plus.

I’ll be providing:

• Overall creative direction
• Branding
• Artwork and graphics
• Website layout and flow
• Written content

I’m a designer and artist myself, so I already have a strong vision for the overall look and feel. I’m looking for someone who can execute that vision while also bringing thoughtful ideas that improve the user experience and overall quality of the site.

Bonus points if you also have experience with:

• AI-assisted design workflows
• ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar AI tools
• Basic animation or motion design
• Conversion optimization
• Google Analytics and Search Console
• Building websites that perform well with AI search and future search technologies

How We’ll Work

I’d prefer to work on an hourly basis rather than a fixed-price website.

The goal is to launch a clean, professional first version, then continue improving and expanding it over time.

I’m much more interested in finding the right long-term person who wants to grow alongside this project than simply finding the lowest price.

Overall skill, quality, communication, creativity, and long-term potential are what I’m looking for.
