JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
Central Business Marketing is a 40-year-old printing, sign, and apparel company in Houston, TX. We are a growing company expanding into digital services, including website design, SEO, and online advertising. We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and multi-talented Website Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our brand and business goals.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Design and develop website layouts and user interfaces
- Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for all devices
- Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements
- Maintain and update existing websites as needed
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
- You must be active and reachable via phone, text, and email during your entire shift. No long gaps in response or "ghosting"
- Excellent written and verbal skills are a must. Good communication. (English Fluency)
- You must be fully awake, alert, and available during the US graveyard shift
- Proven experience in website design (PORTFOLIO REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Duda website builder)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web best practices
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Time management skills
